Membership in the QRPA brings many advantages.

These include opportunities to meet other members at various meetings and functions, be notified of the passing of members and non-members, help and support through your mates and the chance to have your voice heard on important topics and issues that affect former serving Police Officers.

Membership of the Association builds over time and the more you participate the more you will get out of your membership.

It is hard to put a value on membership though we recognise the importance of it through the relationships we build.

We in Brisbane and the 17 Branches run various events throughout the year which provide the opportunity to catch up and mingle with mates. Or, if you are up for a little more adventure, why not consider joining the management team and get involved at leadership level to help run a Branch?

We have an email system whereby information on various subjects is conveyed to members. This includes a Weekly Roundup and the agendas and minutes of what has become known as State Meetings held usually at Police Headquarters on the first Monday of the month except January.
